A year on from the October storm, Invercargill has lost more than 1000 trees
Twelve months after a 174km/h gust tore through Southland, Invercargill City Council has removed more than 1000 trees, Queens Park has reopened in stages, and PowerNet has put its repair bill at about $7 million.
